एकम्. Who are you?
We begin by asking you a series of probing, revelatory questions to which there are no easy “yes” or “no” answers. Your responses will give a clear indication of which of the nine pillars are brought into play. Your Acharya will guide you. You may not need them all. You may need a blend of two or three or more. We will also introduce Celestial Analysis at this point to create road-map of your transformational journey.
As previously described, your Acharya will accompany you on your journey. Your Acharya will ensure that your programme is delivering all its promise in a safe and protected environment.
द्वे. Yogic Asanas
You do not need to be a yoga student to benefit from the Meta-9 programme. However, yogic techniques are introduced, and these are mainly postural with each designed for a specific purpose and to match your unique body profile and needs.
त्रीणि. Meditation & Bhuma Kriya practices
This pillar explores the powerful impact that more than two dozen meditation forms and secret experiential meditations have on negative behaviours and feelings, for example cravings and addictions. Together we recognise the destructive urges and thought patterns that combine to limit or thwart our potential to fulfil ourselves fully.
We also look at how breathing can contribute to our mental health wellbeing. This is known as Pranayama. We also concentrate on achieving focus and awareness together with mindfulness.
चत्वारि. Retreats
Here we can deepen and broaden our exposure to the Yogic Sciences and fully immerse ourselves in their healing and beneficial properties. These can be general or highly specific - for example boardroom decision making.
पञ्च. Body type nutrition
Here we look at how diet and nutrition play their part in creating a healthy environment where our mind, body and spirit can thrive. Certain foods are heating, certain foods are cooling. We examine the roles played by oxygenation and gut health, food types and food combining for each body type based on the principles of Ayurveda and Naturopathy. We also introduce the benefits of fasting.
Ayurvedic fasting is not about denial. Rather Ayurvedic fasting is positive and beneficial. It is a cleansing gift to the body and an essential component to maintaining physical and spiritual health. It isn’t about suffering hunger pangs
षट्. Couples’ intimacy
This is not marriage guidance counselling. Rather, it is a deep and meaningful exploration of how to re-awaken profound intimacy within a loving relationship, involving advice, support, insights, and techniques, blended with ancient learning long ago overlooked and now forgotten by our Western lifestyles.
सप्त. Preserving the Self
This pillar is aimed in the main, at the business community, particularly those in crucial decision-making positions. We explore the techniques for preserving the self and the personal and business benefits to be derived from personal audits. Change is difficult and the risk of making a mistake is inherent within the change process. This step prepares us for change and how to manage it meaningfully.
अष्ट. Yogic Answers
Intelligent story sessions and conversations from an immersive storyteller from the Hindu, Biblical, Greek, Buddhist texts and mythologies. These sessions are aimed at developing ‘perspective’ of one’s unique life situations and resolve doubts arising out of one’s personal, professional and social life.
These passionate discourses ( led in groups ) will aid in opening up mental blocks, trapped emotional traumas and feelings of fear, anger, inadequacy and guilt through powerful mythological texts and ancient wisdom interpreted in the Acharya’s inimitable style.
A freestyled Q&A session towards the end of the storytelling will create engaging and meaningful interactions with the Acharya to further deepen this ancient wisdom.
The result of each such charged session would be to develop clarity and objectivity in managing our day-to-day lives and application of time-tested philosophies in ‘mind-body-spirit’ advancement.

Guided and applied by Acharya Amit. Here we explore the power of quietness, stillness, silence, and tranquillity and how to create and store your energy reservoirs. Sleep is where the body and the mind repair themselves and it is crucial to body, mind, and spirit balance.
Silence is powerful. Sleep is powerful.
We glean insights from ancient wisdom, passed from generation to generation in the form of storytelling as practised by sages, monks and ‘gurus’ of the past. In fact, many secret transformational techniques were passed from the master to the disciple through stories and sounds (mantras).
You will discover sacred Vedic sounds and their influences. You will be gifted personalised energy and sound medallions for healing, enrichment and discovering your unique path.
Ayurvedic practices and Naturopathic advantage
Are also introduced by Acharya Amit. Ayurvedic medicine, known as the ‘Science of Life’ involves a holistic appreciation of the connectivity between the mind, body, and spirit. The Ayurvedic practitioner (who understands the healing properties of ancient herbs and their benefits) believes that the world is composed of Space, Earth, Fire, Water and Air. Our individual combination of these elements constitutes our Doshas and any imbalance to the harmony of Dosha results in illness, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual.
Naturopathy is the employment of recognised natural healing practices to bring about Dosha harmony and peace. We introduce herbal science and ‘Marma Chikitsa’. Marma Chikitsa is an ancient practice that involves applying pressure to different nerve points of the body which helps activate Prana, or life force and frees pranic blockages throughout our nervous system.
