How are you feeling,
truly feeling?
We are living in uniquely worrying times.
Even before Covid-19, we were heading straight into uncharted waters.
The rise of populism, the rise of nationalism, the intolerance and distrust of ‘others’, climate change, political and economic instability etc.
And then came the pandemic – a global catastrophe. We were told not to go to work, to stay at home, to distrust our friends and neighbours, to wear masks, not to meet, not to touch.

Is feeling broken
and fractured something
we have to accept and
learn to live with?
Now, more than ever, our sense of well-being is being tested.
Mental and emotional breakdowns are on the rise.
Anxiety, feelings of not being able to cope, of continually
being judged seem ‘normal.’

Want to learn
more about the
9 pillars programme?
But what does it all mean?
The Meta 9 programme has been designed to bring the benefits of its East meets West positioning to anyone. From young people to senior citizens. From college students to boardroom executives.
We are all prone to the same frailties and insecurities. We pass them from generation to generation like a relay race baton.
Transformation is possible. Life is fleeting and yet it is wonderful, full of beauty and brimming with potential.
As Maya Angelou said:
"Life loves to be taken by the lapel and told:
I am with you kid. Let’s go".
Introducing,
Acharya Amit (Shubhendu)
First, let’s explain the term ‘Acharya’ as it isn’t a term we are too familiar with in the West. In Eastern cultures, philosophies and traditions, an Acharya is an expert instructor. A highly educated and learned individual. In effect, a guru.
Acharya Amit (Shubhendu), is the founder of the Meta-9 programme. Through the programme, Acharya Amit (Shubhendu) brings forward the quintessential distillation of over four decades of deep study and reflection. Careful, painstaking research and thought together with the unending application of Yogic Sciences and their associated disciplines.
A true Renaissance Polymath, Acharya Amit (Shubhendu's) life has been steeped in ancient long-forgotten Vedic learning. However, he also holds graduate qualifications in English Literature and Law. Multi-faceted, Acharya Amit (Shubhendu) also holds an MBA in International Trade and is a graduate in Indian Classical Music.
He holds a Master’s degree in Yogic Sciences gaining a distinction in both Theory and Practice.
Acharya Amit (Shubhendu) was also recognised as one of the subcontinent’s ‘young talented leaders’ by the World Economic Forum and has worked with and contributed to many of its projects.
And yet, whatever his situation, Acharya Amit (Shubhendu) retains a deep, uncompromising attachment to his roots and his heritage, namely – a commitment to the spiritual sciences, a deep understanding of philosophy, the continuing mastery of Yogic Sciences, together with an unshakable, enduring belief in the power and potential of the Affirmative Universe.
Equally at home in the boardroom discussing corporate strategy and decision making, or around a camp fire on a Meta-9 retreat, Acharya Amit (Shubhendu) has garnered the fruits of his long hours of labour and practice and refined them into the unique Meta-9 programme which he has curated to address the legacy and consequences of our fear gripped, pandemic scarred world.
And it works. It’s science.
